**There will be an additional monthly fee for server hosting negotiated before the site goes live and is renegotiable each year.

***First hour charged in full. Additional hours charged to the nearest half hour.

****A Service Restoral Fee of $25 may be assessed to accounts that do not have payment in before the 10th calendar day after payment due date in addition to a $25 Late fee and a $40 Service Interruption Fee.
